How to obtain and use the digital certificate?

In order to carry out some online procedures the user will need to have a digital certificate (including the electronic DNI) or a user password or he will have to identify himself by his providing personal details.

The SPEE will accept digital certificates for physical persons issued by acknowledged Certification Authorities. The application, renovation and renewal process are different in each case, so we recommend you to access the web site of each certification authority to consult their Certification Policies.

• How and where can I obtain a digital certificate?

Types of accesses to the services of the Virtual Office:

With certificate	If the citizen wants to access a service using this option he needs to have a digital certificate (including the electronic DNI) issued by an acknowledged Certification Authority.
With authorization	If the citizen wants to access a service using this option he will need to have an access password issued by the Public Employment Services.
With identification	If the citizen wants to access this service using this option he will need to identify himself by inserting the personal details requested.
Without identification	If the citizen wants to access a service using this option he does not need to provide any kind of identification.
