EUROPASS SUPPLEMENTS OF CERTIFICATES OF PROFESSIONALISM

Europass is the single Community framework for the transparency of qualifications and competences established by the Decision 2241 / 2004 /CE the European Parliament and the council, to facilitate mobility, both for lifelong learning as for professional purposes, between countries and between sectors.
Europass consists of five documents of which two are completed, directly, by citizens: the CV _ Europass and passport and other European Languages are three the competent authorities: the supplement Europass the title/Certificate, the supplement Europass Superior to the title and the document of mobility Europass. Responsible for Europass at European level is the Cedefop (European centre for the development of vocational training) .
In Spain, the national centre Europass has its representation in the current Spanish service for the internationalisation of education (Before SEPIE Autonomous Agency of educational programmes Europeos-OAPEE).

Europass supplement to certificates of professionalism
The Supplement Europass is an informative and institutional document attached to an official accreditation of vocational training. Its aim is to promote transparency and facilitate understanding to third parties, in particular to employers or institutions of another country, the meaning of the skills acquired by its owner. The Supplement Europass is not a substitute for the official title but an informative plugin in English and other European languages. Contains information on: competences and learning outcomes acquired, set of jobs accessible, issuing agencies and accreditation, ways to get the certificate or Title, the international level of the same, entry requirements and access to other official accreditation.
