TEMPORARY CONTRACTS CONVERSION OF AGRICULTURAL WORKERS IN INDEFINITE CONTRACTS
Specific clauses for the conversion of contracts of agricultural workers in indefinite contracts or fixed contracts discontinuous
Requirements of workers
The worker, in the Image for special System employed agrarian, must have signed and into force a temporary contract whatever the date of its celebration.
Requirements of the company
The company will keep the worker hired employment at least 3 years from the date of transformation of the contract. In case of breach of these obligations should proceed to the return of incentive.
For what has not established under this provision shall apply the provisions contained in section I of chapter I of the law 43 / 2006 , 29 December, for the improvement of growth and employment, except as provided for in Article 2 . 7 .
Holding companies to workers framed in the special system for salaried Workers Agrarian established in the General regime of Social security, transform, before the 1 January 2021 contracts for temporary working with these workers, whatever the date of its holding in indefinite contracts, including fixed contracts – discontinuous, are entitled to the following bonuses in the company quota for common contingencies to Social security:
a) Si el contrato se refiere a trabajadores encuadrados en el grupo 1 quotation, serving throughout the month and having a monthly contribution base below 1 . 800 euros, the bonus will be 40 euro/month ( 480 euro/year), for two years.
In the case of women, these bonuses will be 53 , 33 euro/month ( 640 euro/year)
b) Si el contrato se refiere a trabajadores encuadrados en el grupo 1 quotation, listed by real days worked and its database daily quotation is less than 81 euros, the bonus will be 2 euro/day, for two years.
In the case of women, these bonuses 2 , 66 €/day.
(c) if the contract refers to workers framed in any of the groups of Quotation between 2 and 11 , which has a database to lower monthly contribution 1 . 800 euros or a daily basis below 81 , 82 , the bonus will match the amount necessary to enable the resulting quota for common contingencies does not exceed 94 . 63 euro/month, or the 4 , 30 real per day €worked for two years.
In the case of women the bonus will match the amount necessary to enable the resulting quota for common contingencies does not exceed 63 . 09 euro/month, or the 2 , 87 real per day €worked.
