The Provincial deputation of Zamora organized the first edition of the fair on resources, employment and entrepreneurship of that province, which was held at the university college Zamora the 25 november 2015 .

The fair was conceived as an open space for encounters between the various socio-economic actors operating in this area, which brought together the most representative of the province on the basis of internationalization, jobs and r + D + i, in addition to leading experts in terms of resources for employment. Also attended by financial institutions with specific programmes supporting employment and entrepreneurship, as well as youth networks, networks and communication of enterprise, trade unions, universities and associations.

The event has become a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs, employers, students, persons who seek employment and many other entities to rendezvous to strengthen the potential that stimulate employment, by and for the zamora we, being one of its priorities the promotion of entrepreneurial spirit of young people by enhancing its talent, innovation and motivation to undertake.

The inaugural ceremony was chaired by mrs Mª Teresa Martín Pozo, President of the provincial Zamora . Following the presentation, held a conference on entrepreneurship and innovation. This morning there were six pitchs on various sectors of activity, two workshops on public resources, investment and financing and a young start-up on development of entrepreneurial technology ideas were held. Also, in the afternoon, two workshops on emotional intelligence applied to the enterprise and ict on the effective search of employment.

The public employment service Estatal (SEPE) was present at the with a booth in which information was provided and individualized guidance on any state measures of support for entrepreneurship, especially on measures to support young entrepreneurship and on the open-ended contract for entrepreneurs.

The strength of booth consisted of a table with chairs and a laptop to a better explanation to the audience concerned, as well as of exhibitors of brochures, both issues that belong to the fair and other material which could be of interest, such as training contracts, certificates of professionalism, the observatory of occupations and Empléate Portal.

The booth was treated permanently by staff of the Provincial Directorate of the SEPE in Zamora under the supervision of its Provincial Director, Mrs María Isabel Pellón Esteban. In addition to the visitors of booth, the SEPE provided a presentation where reports indicated the capitalization and payment of the contributory unemployment benefit and self-balancing work and with the receipt of unemployment benefits.
