With the experience of 16 previous editions, 16 march 2016 was held onXVII employment forum FiBEST Valladolid organized by the group BEST Valladolid in collaboration with the Vicerrectorado university student Valladolid (UVA), andPublic employment service Estatal (SEPE)returned to be present as in the last editions.

BEST, Board of European Students of Technology, is a non-profit organization that since 1989 facilitates communication, cooperation and exchanges between students from all over europe made up. 99 local groups and over 3 . 300 members, BEST Valladolid is the BEST of local university Valladolid founded in 1994 and comprises active members of different academic careers.

FiBEST is regarded as the employment forum of reference Castilla y León Organized by who best know their situation, the students themselves, the forum's main objectives the promotion of employment and business practices as a complement to the formation, facilitate the search for the first jobs for university graduates and students from terminal grades accelerating their integration into the world of work and to raise awareness of entrepreneurship and available facilities for your own business. In short, help them discover the labour market, the potential and where they can find opportunities according to their qualifications.

As on previous occasions, this edition of the forum provided university students and graduates of the autonomous community of Castilla y León seeking their first job the perfect opportunity to establish contacts with representatives of the 30 participating companies, exchange of interests, to submit your resume and initiate its participation in a selection process.

In addition to the direct contact in its own stand of each company, students were able to 15 conferences, covering topics such as coaching, leadership or seeking employment through social networks, and that were given by the companies themselves participants. It was also launched various workshops and workshops aimed at cutting the skills developed university. This year also had an impact on innovation and new technologies, to encourage participants to seek their own future through the enterprise. Also, in the days prior to the event was conducted a series of activities to assist students to prepare for the world of work.

In addition, companies also attended by institutions such as the public employment service, Town Hall and the provincial de Valladolid or the Parque científico, Universidad de Valladolid . All of them guided and advised the young assistants in the labour market. The stand of the SEPE was treated permanently by Provincial Directorate of the agency in Valladolid under the supervision of its Provincial Director, Francisco José Lucas Plaza.

The inauguration of the forum took place in the hall of Industrial Engineering School of grapes, and was chaired by Oscar Bridge Santiago, mayor of Valladolid , and happiness Old Valverde, pro-rector for Students of the grape. Also present were Pillar Garcés García, director-General of Universities of the Board Castilla y León , José Carlos Fernández, manager of the public employment service of Castilla y León (ECyL), Gregorio González Roldán, assistant director-General of institutional relations and Legal Assistance, and of the SEPE Jesús Angel Pisano Alonso, Director of the school of Industrial Engineering skills.
