In the forum of employment participated 53 companies and the students who came from the rest of the university campus: Albacete, Almadén, Cuenca, Toledo and Talavera de la Reina, establishing itself as a meeting point between companies from different sectors seeking qualified staff and, in turn, university seeking employment or practices.

The event was bringing finalidaddel companies to the university and make available to students tools that facilitate their employability through talks specializing such as Networking with entrepreneurs in the university young entrepreneurs shared their experiences, encounters with experts, presentations of companies and institutions, or job interviews.

The employment forum was organized by the Overall foundation of the University of Castilla La Mancha (UCLM) and was opened by Miguel Ángel Collado Yurrita, rector of the UCLM, with the assistance of General manager of Universities, research and innovation of counseling of education, culture and sports, the president of the Provincial Council Royal City and the mayor of Royal City. By the SEPE was representation of the Provincial Director of City Real.

The SEPE for its part, provided information about the Empléate Portal, network EURES, warranty Juvenil, on the different types of contracts (in practice, undefined for entrepreneurs, training and learning, support measures for recruitment and young enterprise), as well as the labour market situation of persons entitled, showing the most demanded occupations.

In the programming of the event was held a conference by the Provincial Direction Royal City with the purpose to publicize the services whose contents included, in addition information on the Common Portfolio of services and the activation Spanish Strategy for employment

It also noted the use of the website and the telematic electronic tools and that the SEPE puts at the disposal of citizenship.
