THE INAP GIVES THE SEPE THE PRIZE FOR QUALITY IN TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS

By resolution of 13 October 2015 , National Institute of public administration (INAP) convened the fifth edition of the Quality awards in training for employment of public administrations in its three modes:
- Best performances in the management of training in the use of public administrations
- Best materials in training for employment of public administrations
- Didactic innovation in training for employment of public administrations
The awards were granted by resolution of 22 December 2015 the INAP. The public employment service State (SEPE) was awarded in the modality Best performances in the management of training in the use of public administrations for the actions of management concerning the Itineraris Formatius of SEPE.
The Itineraris Formatius are the main focus of the new model formatiu which is a firm commitment to innovation in methods of delivery of the formative action enhance online training and blending learning as effective tools for the formative activity, which uses the online training platform Moodle, ceded free by the INAP through an agreement of collaboration.
The Itineraris Formatius allow ordering the formative actions isolated in coherent trajectories training staff provide the skills and knowledge necessary for the performance of job and facilitate the current career development by training for posts that possibly can look in the future.
The award ceremony took place on 14 July 2016 in the classroom Magna of INAP. In the event, the SEPE was represented by Enrique Sánchez-izquierdo Grandson, Subdirector General of Resources and organization.
