Self-employed in Ceuta and Melilla in sectors that collects Article 36 the law 20 / 2007

Partner family

Of 1 to 18 months

Of 19 to 24 months

  • Bonus of 25 percent on the quota that is applied on the basis of at least corresponding type existing fluctuations in each moment.

For reconciliation of personal and family life linked to recruitment

Self-employed workers remain high in the challenges and hire a worker full or part-time in cases of:

to) to care for children 12 years.

(b) to take care of a family member, by consanguineidad or affinity to the second degree dependent.

(c) To hold a relative by consanguineidad or affinity until the second degree with severe disabilities when such disability is properly accredited, provided that the relative do not play a paid activity.

Indefinite contracts

  • Bonus of 100 % of the quota for common contingencies arising from applying to the database that had the average worker in the 12 months preceding the date of eligible for these measures, the type of current minimum price, according to type of contract.

Part-time contract

  • Bonus of 50 % of the quota for common contingencies arising from applying to the database that had the average worker in the 12 months preceding the date of eligible for these measures, the type of current minimum price, according to type of contract.
