This implies a training system that accompany workers in their access, maintenance and return to employment, as well as in its ability to personal development and professional promotion. A system that promotes the acquisition and updating of knowledge, to improve employment prospects stable and quality of workers, as well as the competitive advantage of companies and the Spanish economy.

The regulation under the current law reveals a comprehensive reform of the system that guarantees the general interest and the necessary stability and consistency that the system needs. This reform pursues four strategic objectives:

  • The guarantee of the right to education workers, employees and unemployed, in particular, the most vulnerable.
  • The effective contribution of the training to the competitiveness of companies.
  • The strengthening of collective bargaining in the adequacy of training offer to the requirements of the productive system.
  • The efficiency and transparency in the management of public resources.

Ultimately, seeks to consolidate the productive system a culture of vocational training and to promote the creation of stable employment and quality.
