LETTER OF SERVICES

Letters of services are the instruments through which the organs, agencies and Public Bodies and other entities of the General administration of the state inform citizens and users on services that are entrusted on their rights in relation to those and on the commitments of quality in the delivery. Its origin is linked to improve public services, in response to the demands of citizens.

The Letter of services of public service state employment contains information about the most important services provided by the organism and levels of quality in their benefit, reflected in the compromises with citizenship that the letter contains.
