The public employment service State (SEPE) is an autonomous body attached to the ministry of labour and Social economy. The SEPE, along with public employment services of the autonomous communities, form the national system of employment. This system assumes the functions of the late National Institute of employment (INEM) since 2003 . The agency is composed of:
