The Observatory of occupations in the SEPE conducts prospecting and detection of training needs of the productive system based on the identification of occupations in the short and medium term offer better employment prospects. The purpose is to detect any training gaps to be able to anticipate the needs of future qualification.
In each occupation provides training needs in technical vocational skills, cross-cutting skills needs, economic activities where they are recruited as these occupations, the situation of occupation in the labour market and the territorial distribution.
