Prospective Study of economic activities related to the Circular economy in Spain


In this report explores a range of economic activities directly related to the principles of the circular economy, such as the collection and wastewater treatment; the collection, treatment and recovery of waste; decontamination activities; maintenance of motor vehicles; repair of machinery and equipment, as well as computers, household goods and personal effects; rental of machinery, vehicles and other tangible property; and the wholesale scrap and waste products, and the retailer of second hand goods.

Alongside this set of economic activities, also has collected information on how it is impacting the implementation of the principles of the circular economy in the large productive sectors, such as: the agri-food sector; the chemical industry; the automobile industry; Consumer goods (textile and footwear), construction and hospitality.

This study aims to know the labour market trends, employment prospects in different activities related to the circular economy, occupations or jobs with better prospects, as well as the skills and training needs that require workers and enterprises in this transition towards a sustainable model and responsible.
