You are considered individual under a provision, if you are receiving unemployment benefit in their level of contributors (contributory) or as caregivers (unemployment allowance).

In other words, you can be recipients of benefits:

• If you havetradajado over a yearand legal status of unemployment.
• If you have exhausted your contributory benefitand you go on unemployment situation.
• If acreditas more than three and less than 12 months or longerandlegal status of unemployment.
• If you are working person more than fifty-two yearsand comply with the other requirements.
• If you are a victim of gender-based violence, violence exercised by parents or children or sexual violence.
• If you are a person spanish emigrants returnedand has worked at least 12 months after your departure from spain in non- The European Economic Area (EEA)or where no convention on protection for unemployment.

You will also have the consideration of recipients of unemployment benefits if:

• You are unemployed worker for the period of fifteen working days that you have to submit the request of the quarterly extensionsunemployment benefit.
• During the suspensionfinal provisional or protective of your delivery or unemployment benefit, as a result of a punitive procedure, i.e. during the period when it is suspended your provision for breaching the obligation to submit on time the documents you are required by the public employment service state, when these documents may affect the conservation of your right.
